As i suggest in february, Podpress is a great plugin for WordPress now on 6.6 version: this is the changelog, new features are full featured and automatic feed generation, preview of what your Podcast will look like on iTunes, podcast Download stats, view MP3 Files ID3 tags when your Posting, and Audio Comments ! Some Screenshots here and a demo (wordpress 2.0).
